Deadlines:

General Stalls – NOW CLOSED

Food Vendors (selling meals for consumption on the day) –NOW CLOSED  (sold out).

Acceptance and Payment:

Applications will be processed after each closing date. We will advise if you have been selected by email within 14 working days after the closing date for your category. If you are selected to attend the event you will be emailed an invoice which you will be required to pay within seven (7) days. Your application is not confirmed until payment is received.

Further Information

The 2017 Hororata Highland Games was a huge success with 11, 000 people attending annual.  Based on a visitor survey we know that 54% of our visitors came from Christchurch, 14% from Selwyn, 12% from Ashburton, 7% Otago, 6% Upper South Island, 4% West Coast, 2% from the North Island and 1% International.
