The 9th Annual Hororata Highland Games will be held Saturday 9th November 2019. Please make sure you read the Stallholder Information and Terms and Conditions before you submit this form.   • Please advise if you have any additional requirements i.e. special access requirements, do we need to allow for exhaust fans etc. Sites have 3m or 6m frontage and are 3m deep – if you require a deeper stall please advise.

    Food Vendors – 6pm Sunday 30th June 2019
    General Stalls – 6pm Sunday 4th August 2019
  • Applications will be processed after the closing date for each category. We will advise if you have been selected by email within 14 working days after the closing date for your category. If you are selected to attend the event you will be emailed an invoice which you will be required to pay within seven (7) days.
